The Trocadero will close permanently on February the 25th so you better get in there quick if you want to say your last goodbyes.
The landlord says the space will be turned into a hotel - the same as every other large, central London building.
Trocadero has not seen a glory day in a many a moon but it's still fun to swing by every now and then - there are certainly some dancers that will miss it who use the space to practice and for dance battles in the evenings.
Arcade owners still operating on the lower floors of the building have been given a 2-weeks notice for the final shutdown and if you want to take a bit of the nostalgia for yourself you can pop down and buy one of the games.
