Dance-a-Long 3Outdoor cinema experts, Rooftop Film Club, have announced the return of Dance Week with a toe-tapping, thigh slapping movie line-up celebrating the silver screen’s most iconic movers and shakers at Roof East, Stratford. From Baby’s iconic lift to the pelvic thrusts of Magic Mike, Dance Week - starting on Tuesday 23rd August - will encourage guests to cut loose in the aisles before, after and even during the screening helped along by dance instructors from the famous Pineapple Dance Studios.

To help guests channel their inner Tatum prior to the screening, Pineapple Studio’s resident choreographer Kira Bishop will be hosting 30 minute rooftop tutorials tailored to each movie  and open to Rooftop Film Club tickets and Bussey Bar guests alike. Kicking off the week is rooftop favourite Dirty Dancing (23rd August), nobody puts Baby in the corner, but how about a rooftop?  Guest can practice their best spirit fingers with Bring it On(25th August) and remember, it’s not a democracy, it’s a cheerocracy. It’s a Channing double with Magic Mike (24th August) and Step Up(27th August) so whether it’s stepping up to the streets or the stage, there’s dancing Tatum in a vest for everyone. On the Friday learn how to boogie and ballet like Billy Elliot (26th August) dance your frustrations away to A Town Called Malice under the stars.

Guests will also enjoy a bespoke Dance Week cocktail menu concocted by the Roof East’s unforgettable Spirited Mixers team– featuring flavoursome floor fillers such as the Bellini Elliot and Baby’s Rooftop Rumba.

On Friday 25th September Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel and Country Club will be screening one of the greatest films of all time, the 1990’s classic, Goodfellas as part of its 25th Anniversary movie nights. This modern day classic also celebrates it's 25th anniversary this year. Sit back, relax and enjoy the film in Hanbury Manor’s stunning Garden Court area set in beautifully walled gardens kicking off at 8pm. Taking over a brand new courtyard venue in London Fields, Hackney, the team have pulled out all the stops to some great new films alongside old favourites, more tubs than ever before and Hot Tub Cinema's trademark sparkly tub tropicana fun.

Hot Tub Cinema will be screening a selection of films that are perfect for watching in a hot tub including new entrants Bridesmaids, Free Willy and Bring it on alongside old favourites like The Lion King, Ghostbusters and Dirty Dancing.
