50% off hotbox commercial street BBQ

If this picture doesn't get your mouth watering we give up!

Hot Box, the newly opened BBQ option in Commercial Street is offering a whopping 50% off for their opening from the 4th December.

Once a street food vendor - as many of these great restaurants begin, Hot Box has now gone permanent at 46 Commercial Street. With flavours coming straight from the deep south and offering mouthwatering beauts such as USDA Prime beef short ribs, Jalapeno hot link sausage sandwiches and wagyu beef brisket rolls this is a soft launch you'll want to get to.

And if you're thinking, well I've heard all this before then think again - there are some other flavours that come into the menu that are a little more unusual. Try the fish glazed pork belly masa tacos or the slow smoked char siu pork buns.

With Hackney Wick having one of the highest concentration of artists and collaborative studios in Europe, Number 90 invites some of the best to showcase their talents both inside and outside of the four-storey building. Exhibiting work from both locals and international artists, giving them the support and energy to push them into the spotlight, Charlie McFarley will launch the first monthly exhibition. Described by some as a creative saboteur, disrupting the wonderful world of children's cartoon art and forcing the viewer into a landscape of intricately painted nightmares that seem to smile back at you. Truly visceral in their impact the paintings reveal the troubled vision of adult life seen through a child's eye and a perfect first artist in residence at this new venue space.

Blend all of these elements together, stir and serve, and you have the recipe of this special weekend officially launching the venue and acting as the start of monthly Saturday events. Doors will open from 8PM till midnight on Thursday 6th March, 5pm till Midnight on Friday 7th March and 12pm till midnight on Saturday 8th. Entry is free for the whole weekend.
