She's shit hot and we love her. We love her new video for Venus Fly just as much.

Multi-media recording artist and producer Grimes shares the official video for 'Venus Fly.' The video, directed and edited by Grimes, also features Janelle Monáe. 'Venus Fly' is now live on Grimes' YouTube; watch the video here: http://smarturl.it/VenusFlyYT

"We used the Phantom cameras to create a feeling of time suspended," said Grimes of the inspiration behind the video.

'Venus Fly' is taken from Grimes' critically-adored album 'Art Angels' (4AD) which had prime placement on basically every End of Year list. Last year, Grimes toured the album, selling out venues and headlining festivals across the world.

Something for your weekend from Fun Lovin Criminals' Uncle Frank.

Whether you know him as one of the Fun Lovin' Criminals or as one half of Uncle Frank, Frank Benbini is a character that's larger than life.

Described by Huw Stephens as “among the countries most prolific, endearing and talented artists”, 2015 is set to be a big year for the Uncle Frank project, but not without rounding the year off perfectly with this winter warmer 'Somethin' Somethin'.

A technicoloured love song, straight from the heart and already destined for the stage and big screen, 'Somethin' Somethin' is the classic tale of boy meets girl, failing at every turn, but will Frank win her heart in the end?

The video is equally as heart warming, as the adorable FrankBot heads across the galaxy in search of his match because, who want's to be alone at Christmas?
'Somethin' Somethin' is released on the 7th December 2014

So music videos have been getting good again. From Gangnam Style to Wrecking Ball, whether or not you are a fan of the content, it's nice to see a bit of inventiveness and controversy injected back into what was a stagnant medium. But this new vid from DJ Snake & Lil Jon is...well, see for yourself.

While it's definitely NSFW, it's not in the same league as misogynistic works like Blurred Lines. Basically, it's a super weird video in which penises, breasts and bums take on a life of their own, leading their owners on a mad dance that sees them smashing through floors and going all out to hump and grind everything in sight. It's one of the funniest things we've seen in a long time.

The track is called Turn Down For What, and the video manages to elevate it from a basic club banger into something that you won't forget quickly. Be right back, we've got to watch this again.

We are feeling this track as an audio, although we advise watching the video with your eyes closed. These visuals certainly don't compliment the audio, which is totally acceptable from newcomer Zena Kitt.

Seemingly out of nowhere, London-based singer Zena Kitt arrives with her debut release, ‘Gun’, a shimmering pop song with thumping drums, and a somewhat bewildering vocal, which we aren't sure whether to love or hate.

Born to Iraqi parents and raised in South London, Zena Kitt has bided her time, creating the dramatic, uninhibited and exotic sounds that shine through her work.

Undoubtedly inspired by the likes of Kate Bush and Sade – and breathing the same air as Bat For Lashes and Alison Goldfrapp – her emotive music and evocative vocals hint at a carnal sexuality and otherworldly madness.

Having written and recorded with a variety of up and coming producers, ‘Gun’ is the first track to see the light of day, a calling-card as she moves deeper into darker, more electronic sounds, full of ethereal space and darkly romantic vocals.

‘Gun’ is available now as a free download direct from www.zenakitt.com

We'd love your thoughts on this one!

Following on from their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Secondhand Rapture,’ Noir-Pop New Yorkers MS MR are set to release their brand new single ‘Think of You’ on August 12th.

A summer anthem in waiting, ‘Think Of You follows on from the heavily championed singles ‘Fantasy’ and ‘Hurricane’, both of which were play listed at Radio 1 and firmly lodged at the top of the HypeM charts.  The single was written and produced by the two-piece, which comprises of London-born Lizzy and Idaho native Max, with additional production and mixing by Tom Elmhirst (Back To Black, 21).  A deliciously bittersweet ode to a lost and emotionally abusive relationship, ‘Think of You’ is yet another MS MR trademark mix of an ecstatic pop hook set against deeply dark lyrics that continue to win over tastemakers. MS MR recently made their network television debut stateside on The David Letterman show delivering a powerful performance of ‘Hurricane’, watch their performance here.

The band have been widely recognised for their use of self-created visuals to work alongside their music via tumblr, photography and video.  Their music has been used by a diverse range of other media from the trailer for the new series of ‘Game of Thrones’ (over 20 million views so far) to key catwalks across the globe. Meanwhile their acclaimed live show has seen the band perform around the world at their own headline shows and festival dates including their recent electric set at Glastonbury, with Prince Harry in attendance. Their forthcoming tour includes a headline show at London’s Electric Ballroom which sold out two months beforehand. The duo recently came in at an impressive 13 of the Top 20 Most Blog Artists in the World so Far in 2013.  All data compiled from HypeM.

MS MR embark upon a UK tour this July alongside festival dates including T in the Park, Lovebox and Reading & Leeds:
