Many feel they are too old to get all dressed up and go trick-or-treating in the Capital.. If that's you then please do us a little favour and at least celebrate the spooky month with some Insta worthy restaurant visits!

From 27 – 31st October, guests visiting Bread Street Kitchen and Heddon Street Kitchen will be immersed in a unique and theatrical setting and a host of dark dishes with innovative, show stopping Bacardi cocktails.

A spooky five-course banquet at Heddon Street Kitchen includes dishes such as whole roasted suckling pig served with apple compote and rum glazed pineapple and beef tartare with Bloody Mary rose sauce. The banquet also includes a bubbling Witches Pipe cocktail, featuring kiwi fruit, Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, activated charcoal and pineapple.

At Bread Street Kitchen Head Chef Paul Shearing has created a darkly delicious menu of braised veal shin with smashed pumpkin and black garlic sauce, beautifully paired with the Twilight Tea cocktail, a goblet of Grey Goose, pumpkin purée, lapsang tea and orange bitters.

The macabre, fantastical décor will fully immerse guests and intriguing dishes will be available alongside with mystical cocktails, to offer the ultimate culinary Halloween experience.

Winter TerraceMulled beer LRFairy lights twinkle across the water, fire pits crackle and the gentle hum of Christmas movie classics on the big screen. The Narrow’s Winter Terrace is open and ready to get you all festive right through until February.

Cut through the cold with a mulled beer, French Toddy or soul-warming Le Poire Chaud from the bar and settle down in front of the lounge’s roaring hearth or admire the view from the terrace itself. Festive food comes courtesy of Head Chef Gerald Mirey and includes such canapés as Walnut & Gorgonzola Dumplings, Goose Rillettes Crostini, and Pigs in a Blanket. Follow up with homemade marshmallows, perfect for roasting riverside at the fire pits.

Movie magic is also forecast for the terrace, with a host of feel-good films festive classics.

Set on the icy banks of the River Thames, The Narrow is a Grade II-listed waterside restaurant, bar and terrace by Gordon Ramsay. Enjoy the breathtaking waterside views across Limehouse where you can see the snow-capped peak of The Shard, all whilst snuggled up with a soft woolen blanket, hot toddy in-hand.

For a more private winter retreat, The River Room upstairs is perfect for festive affairs for friends and family between 8-18 guests seated at ‘St Nicholas’ Table’. An open fire, Christmas crackers and whole-sharing joints of beef, pork or chicken with all the trimmings tick all the gift-wrapped boxes this season.
