Press in Soho - pressed Juice bar

PRESS, the London juicery, has announced the opening of its first site in the new Ham Yard Hotel development, Denman Street, Soho on August 14th 2014. Bringing the cold-pressed juice trend straight from Los Angeles to London, the new juice bar will replenish busy Londoners with the goodness of fresh fruit and vegetables in carefully balanced recipes.

PRESS’ seasonally changing menu contains over 20 specially crafted juice recipes that use the cold-pressed technique – preserving the nutrient content, vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and flavour profiles. The menu also features a monthly special that combines seasonal and exotic ingredients, LA Health Shakes, PRESS Pots filled with guilt free Non-Dairy Superfood ice cream, and Probiotic Sorbets in a variety of flavours, topped with bee pollen and goji berries.

The PRESS juice bar will also specialise in 100% pure vegetable juices using the best, locally sourced ingredients from London markets, including pure kale juice – (which contains over 2lbs of fresh kale per bottle) and pure beetroot juice.

En Vogue with Hollywood’s A-listers such as Sarah Jessica-Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow and Blake Lively, juice cleanses will be offered in three different forms for those seeking to restore balance to their body. Give your body and digestive system a break from processed food, by swapping your morning latte for a protein-filled almond leche. The cleanse plan options also include raw green and fruity citrus juices to boost enzyme development.

On hand to provide health advice and guide you through your cleanse are PRESS’ own team of consultants; renowned celebrity nutritionist Gabriela Peacock and Harry Jameson, the lauded London Fitness expert. The pair, who help shape PRESS’ seasonally changing menu, will also be available on-site to offer guidance on achieving a balanced diet and lifestyle.

Georgie Reames & Ed Foy, founders of PRESS, said “Cold pressed juice is about taking raw vegetables and fruit juices, preserving everything that’s great about them, then delivering them to busy people every day. For us it’s about making one better consumption choice each day and not having to compromise on taste or convenience to do so”.

PRESS’ first juice bar is launching on Thursday August 14th in the heart of Soho in the new Ham Yard Hotel development on Denman Street. The perfect stop-off for busy commuters, each juice is made fresh the same day and is conveniently bottled for a grab and go experience.
