To brighten up the dull winter evenings Haymarket Hotel is opening its glamorous Kit Kemp designed, subterranean poolside bar to the public throughout January and February, serving a selection of margaritas from an exciting new cocktail menu using world class tequilas and mezcals.
Head Bar Manager, George Youssef has collaborated with industry leaders, Tequila Herradura and el Jimador Tequila, to create an interesting and diverse menu to include a selection of seasonal, frozen and classic margaritas celebrating the skill and timeless nature of the favourite Mexican tipple. To pair, Brumus Poolside will also be serving mouth-watering sharing plates of pulled pork torta, chilli rump steak, roast pepper quesadilla, shrimp tacos, nachos with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo.
Be tempted to break those January resolutions and settle in by the pool with a Blood Orange and Thyme or Smoked Cherry margarita.
