It caused a right old stir when it opened up in Shoreditch earlier this year and now Flat Iron can truly say they have conquered the world of the brilliantly valued, brilliantly cut and cooked steak.
After starting as a pop up at the Owl and Pussycat pub in Shoreditch Flat Iron is about to find itself a new home in Soho.
Originally Flat Iron spent nine long months of talking to farmers, butchers and chefs in an attempt to get the best possible meat and cuts for the best possible prices to offer amazing steaks to a wider audience. They of course succeeded and the rest is history.
Now for their permanent home in Soho they have been hard at work finding more superb beef suppliers, one of which being farmer Charles up in Yorkshire alongside testing out all sorts of cocktails to find some really great tipples to go with the great meat they are about to have on offer.
Keep your eyes and ears to the ground and there will soon be news of location and launch date.
