Billingsgate Seafood School, based in the famous London fish market, has created a special course specifically for February the 14th and are inviting couples to ‘get hands on’.
Attendees to the course will be hosted by school principle CJ Jackson, who after a Champaign breakfast with guide the couples through the creation of a delicious three course meal during the day which can be taken away and enjoyed later that evening, meaning couples can avoid the cliché of an overcrowded restaurant on the 14th as well as gaining some impressive cookery skills!
Billingsgate Seafood School is offering couples the chance to do something spectacular this Valentine’s Day with a first class gourmet meal cooked by you! Perfect for those who love to cook or want to enjoy a fun and memorable day together.
Traditionally one goes to a restaurant to enjoy a luxury 3 course dinner, but Billingsgate is turning this idea on its head and teaching you how to make the meal, giving it an extra special touch. Couples will get a hands-on experience, preparing and cooking a stunning starter of Rockefeller oysters, or seafood terrine, followed by fresh sea bass in a delicious seafood bisque sauce with seasonal vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes, topped by an assemble at home Eton Mess, all to be taken away and enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
This exclusive on off day will be hosted by Principle of Billingsgate Seafood School CJ Jackson and her team, who will also demonstrate how to cook your fish at home to ensure you, have a meal worthy of any world famous restaurant.
This special Valentine’s Day class will start in the morning of the 14th, where you and your partner will enjoy a glass of bubbly and pastry breakfast, before donning your aprons and beginning a wonderful day of learning how to prepare and cook a gourmet meal together.
