Jude’s ice cream has announced the arrival of their new winter flavour: Sticky Toffee Pudding.  We're pretty excited about it - and just in time for Stranger Things 2. You'll only need one guess to work out what we'll be doing and eating whilst we're doing it next week!

To bring the nation’s favourite pudding to life, Jude’s has used a caramel ice cream base and added swirls of gooey, sticky toffee pudding. It’s a pudding lover’s dream!

Chow Mezger, MD and Jude’s son, comments: “Pudding reminds us of a bygone era. Our exciting new Sticky Toffee Pudding ice cream is inspired by evenings sat in front of a roaring fire. We have re-imagined our favourite winter treat, Sticky Toffee Pudding, as an indulgent ice cream flavour, and use a real Sticky Toffee Pudding ripple to replicate the “cookie dough” effect. We look forward to our customers enjoying this amazing flavour from the comfort of their own sofas!"

Jude’s Sticky Toffee Pudding ice cream will be listed exclusively at Sainsbury's from Sunday 5th November. RRP £4 per 500ml tub.

The nights are drawing in.. maybe someday soon we'll see some pumpkins in the supermarkets (seriously.. where are they??) and it's that time of year again to decide how you'll celebrate All Hallows' Eve!

We are advocating getting involved at home - get the decor out - decide what spooky form you'll take and get your little proverbial bottoms over to to find a whole lot of stuff to make your Halloween party go with a scary bang.

From Halloween costumes through to lights and speakers that can be hired for just a couple of pounds a day you can put on a great party at home with minimal effort (it all gets delivered and collected) and minimal moolah. are pretty cool in general really - hiring all sorts of stuff from juicers and coffee machines to garden heatersprojectors and Xboxes.

So imagine this - you have rented your Halloween costumes - tick. You have lights and speakers for dancing later into the evening - tick. You have the Xbox set up with a projector to play large as life scary games all night. A Chocolate fountain (make that a spooky white Chocolate fountain with some green food colouring thrown in!) and a popcorn maker for hungry ghouls and ghosts.....seriously now - what more could you want?

So enjoy the indoors this year and put on a spook spectacular - besides, it's far too scary to be outdoors at night...

Happy Halloween!
