Bedecked with the calming colours and textures of washed-out timbers and eau de nil tiles, The Listing will offer an ideal spot for business breakfasts, working lunches, long boozy brunches and evening drinks. On-trend palm prints and trailing plants surround the central leather bar, whilst ‘infusion’ and ‘indulgence’ counters offer an exciting array of bespoke cocktails, beautifully crafted by expert mixologists.

Must-tries include the fiery and sour Calypso with Pamparo rum, Amaro di Angostura, lime, sugar and egg white, and the Earl Martini, a twist on the classic with Earl Grey-infused Ketel One vodka, Martini Bianco and orange peel. Hot toddies such as the Bubbling Buttered Rum, a rich and warming mix of Pampero Aniversario rum, vanilla syrup, ginger, cinnamon and butter, will be on tap to keep guests warm throughout the winter months. New wine flights will also be served with both ‘Easy Drinking’ and ‘Discover’ selections of red and white from across the globe to choose from.

Available from 7.30am, early risers can enjoy fresh coffees and pastries alongside larger dishes such buttermilk chicken and waffles with avocado, sour cream, jalapenos and chilli maple syrup. Start the working day right with aSweet Greens juice, a blend of kiwi, pineapple, cucumber and orange, or a Golden Mango with mango, turmeric, yogurt and almond milk.

The all-day menu features stylish small plates and sharing boards, perfect for light lunches and leisurely afternoon meetings. Healthy salads and more substantial mains are also on offer, such as seabass with braised fennel, spinach and chorizo, a Waygu burger with blue cheese and chutney, and roast cauliflower and pesto fettucine.

Billy & the Chicks have teamed up with The Rib Man, East London’s street food sensation and pork prodigy, for Holy F**k You’ve Pulled, the hottest chick in town.

Available from 23rd October this special dish combines Billy and the Chick’s pulled free-range fried chicken, marinated for 24 hours in Holy F**k Sauce and served on a bed of twice fried fresh chips. The Ribman’s famous Holy F**k Hot Sauce is made with fresh scotch bonnet peppers and naga jolokia chillis to create the perfect balance of heat and flavour.

These Vinda-chockie-loo creations have been put together to celebrate National Curry Week and National Chocolate Week (9th-15th Oct). They incorporate the aromatic flavours of India with creamy variants of chocolate in light and oh-so-delicious sponges. So far so good..

Celebrating the launch of Chopped, the show that uses the unlikeliest pairings to bring together the tastiest dishes, Food Network has partnered with culinary wizards Flavourtown to create the Vinda-Chockie-Loo Trio.

The tantalising trio unites some of the key ingredients in Vindaloo – such as turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and chilli – with the warm, smooth and buttery flavours of chocolate – including ganache, rich butter cream, chocolate truffles and even an award-winning brownie. And this magical creation wouldn’t be complete without a chilli chocolate unicorn cupcake; as fierce as its flavour blend!

The competitors on Chopped know all about unusual food combinations as they fight it out to create unique and delicious dishes over three rounds in each show to create an appetiser, entrée and dessert – using mystery ingredients based around different themes.

To try one of the gorgeous Vinda-Chockie-Loo cupcakes, Food Network and Flavourtown will be giving away 100 Golden Unicorn cupcakes on Saturday 14th October at Primrose Hill Market from 10AM to 11AM. They are going to go like hot cakes, so get there fast.
