Ben Tish’s grilled Ibérico pork ribs

Bringing a unique BBQ experience to London, Ben Tish, Chef Director of the Salt Yard Group, will be hosting a special lunch at Stepney City Farm.

Taking place on 11th October, the event is part of the Urban Food Fortnight, which aims to showcase local produce at its very best.

On the menu will be a burger inspired by Tish’s latest restaurant opening, Ember Yard, as well as vegetarian options and salad from the farm and Organiclea, a community food project in London. Bookings are not required, as guests can simply turn up on the day to try some of the delicious dishes. All proceeds will go to Stepney City Farm.
