It's been another good week for music, mainly down to the fact that Dr. Dre dropped Compton, his first album since the classic Chronic 2001 and it's been hard to turn off. Nevertheless, we were also blessed with some great tracks from other artists as well. Stormzy jumped on Game's 100 to deliver a potent freestyle called '10 Minutes'. He took the gloves off and went hard for 3 minutes, although there's a part of us wishing he actually did spit for 10 Minutes.  Jasper Sommer refixed Nao's Apple Cherry and gave it an elevated, electronic facelift. If you're a fan of R&B singer Joe, then you'll love Whoarei's remix of his 2004 hit 'Jeep'. Nick Brewer dropped a new song over on HotNewHipHop yesterday and it's all kinds of dope. Kid Cudi teased tracks from his forthcoming album and we're blessed with yet another example of his sonic genius. Listen below:

It’s been an entertaining week in the world of music, Drake and Meek Mill have been going back and forth in a beef which has been made humorous by internet memes.  Nevertheless, we have a great selection of tracks in this week’s Friday Feeling Playlist.

Since we’re on the subject of Drake, we thought it was only right that we include his ‘Back To Back Freestyle’. This was the nail in the coffin for Meek Mill and his response, which was late, proved unsuccessful. Maryland R&B duo, Abhi//Dijon teased what appeared to be tracks from their forthcoming EP. One track in particular, ‘Jon B’, was right on the money and showcased the duo at their best. London-based rapper Kadiata shared his track ‘Goodnight’ which presents another side to the capital which isn’t crumpets, tea and Queen Elizabeth. Nao finally put her February 15 EP on SoundCloud, much to the delight of fans, and the soulful and watery ballad ‘It’s You’ has become a favourite. D/C shared his track ‘I Love Gold’ which is all kinds of infectious, aided by a highly visual video worth checking.

Originally premiered by Pete Tong on his Radio 1 show, Elusive production and DJ duo Camelphat get things lively with their latest cut 'Constellations'. With airy melodies and pulsating basslines, CamelPhat have shown once again just how much they have to offer. Constellations is due for release on August 3rd via Dutch label, Spinnin' Deep.

AR15 presents the latest track to come from the Concrete Jungle mixtape, tipped to be one of the best UK mixtapes to be released this year. The track features the talents of Wretch 32, Devlin, both former members of The Movement, So Solid's Swiss and Rebecca Garton with the vocals. It sees each rapper become introspective and talk about their respective paths to success, and stumbling blocks along the way. Alwayz Recordings are growing in popularity with their previous releases, 'Trappin Ain't Dead' and 'Out In The Jungle', and 'Helpless' only adds to that.

Griz-O's been making waves recently, after the release of last mixtape 'Undergrizound' and he continues doing so with the video for 'Go Griz'. The video is everything we've come to expect from the South West England rapper and we hope he continues on this trajectory.
